What to expect
Programming is flexible - I can do an hour of each class, do a sampling of yoga styles (powerful vinyasa to relaxing yin), mix in a technique workshop, or run it as a half day drop-in style class where staff can come & go whenever it suits them. Rates with equipment*: 45-mins $100 1 hour $120 2 hours $180 3 hours $250 Rates without equipment: 45-minutes $80 1 hour $100 2 hours $150 3 hours $210 *Equipment includes yoga mats, blocks, and resistance bands. Additional $20-$50 for ankle weights and/or pilates balls. Minimum booking: 4 people. Venue hire costs not included. Discounted packages available when booking multiple sessions. Booking & Cancelling
Bookings for bookable classes should be made, managed, and cancelled using your online account or the link in your confirmation email. If you cannot attend a session, please cancel or reschedule your booking as soon as possible, so that another person can attend in your place.
