Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter a name or email address, you'll be unable to create a member login or to book classes or events.
When you register to use our services, your email will automatically be added to the mailing list. You will receive welcome information, account information, and other marketing related information related to our services and the products you viewed and purchased. You may also receive periodic emails from us notifying you of new features, products, titles and other related information for our services. You may choose to opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us through the website. At any time, if you forget your account information, you may log back onto the website and click forgot login on the login area screen, a password reset link will be emailed to you with further steps to reset your account info.
We keep your information safe by minimizing the amount of personal information collected. The company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We employ and protect all data with SSL encryption and other security measures to ensure you that your data is protected and safe. However please be advised that we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent unauthorized access from occurring. Please take the proper steps to maintain the security of your account information. We highly recommend that you set a tough to guess password for your registered account to prevent others from easily guessing your password. We recommend not saving your password in auto-fill options on browsers, apps, and other devices.

Cancellation Policy
All class bookings are to be made, managed, and cancelled using your online account or the wix app. Classes close for online bookings 15 minutes prior to class start time. You may cancel up to 15 minutes before the scheduled class to have your credit returned to you for future use before the pass expires. Please arrive to studio classes at least 5 minutes early to setup and enable class to start on time.
LiveStream and event sessions will have a meeting link or URL published to the event's details page or included in the confirmation email or both. Be sure to add lauren@laurenstrpko.com to your contacts and check your junk mail and/or promotions folders.

Subscriptions to the online studio commence on the day of purchase, and are for consecutive days as listed in the description. Auto-renewing subscriptions will continue until the plan is cancelled by the account holder, and can be paused or cancelled at any time. Refunds or discounts will not be given for low usage, and only unused time will be eligible for refund, less any fees of processing or providing that refund.

Words or actions that are in any way bullying, discriminatory, intolerant, rude, in poor taste, profane or that cause distress to any other individual, present or absent, will not be tolerated. Serious or repeated incidents will result in suspension or termination of membership without refund or compensation.
